The Art of Lalaga: Weaving Our Legacy
We believe education is a sacred tapestry where vibrant ancestral wisdom and modern excellence are woven together with heart and purpose. The word lalaga literally translates to 'weaving', and we live this philosophy by intentionally weaving our cultural values into every thread of our children's learning. Through the art of Lalaga, we empower your family to reclaim its heritage and thrive within an inspiring, culture-led homeschooling journey.

What Our Community Is Saying
Voices from our homeschooling families—weaving cultural connection and educational excellence into every life journey.
"My children were quite nervous about joining a new group, but Lalaga were incredibly welcoming and made us all feel at ease straight away. Now, my children are constantly asking when the next Lalaga meet-up is because they truly look forward to spending time with everyone. Thank you for being so kind, inclusive, and supportive of our family — it really means a lot".

"Our very first meetup changed our homeschool journey. Lalaga Pasifika is not just a group, it's family. It's home, a place of belonging, safety, and a place where grace happens gracefully - with love and acceptance. No child is left behind. We grow together. I speak for all my whanau, we are so blessed to be a part of this community. Nga Mihi".

"As someone from a non-Pasifika background, I feel truly blessed to be part of Lalaga Pasifika Homeschool, and it’s wonderful to see my nephew feeling the same way. From the very beginning, we have both been met with warmth, kindness, and generosity, making us feel welcomed and valued as part of this Pasifika family. Every day here is a gift—we are learning, growing, and connecting in a space that honors culture, togetherness, and care. Being part of this vibrant, loving, and supportive family of learners is a joy we both deeply cherish".
